Convention Center & Fairgrounds

KRS, in partnership with Place Strategies, Haws Hill and a team of other talented consultants, was hired by the City of Pasadena to perform a Master Plan and Feasibility Study on the 300-acre Pasadena Convention Center and Fairground property located at 7900 Fairmont Parkway. This process involved a multi-day workshop, numerous stakeholder meetings, and collaboration with city and community leaders. The multi-phase process included the following:
• Phase I: Existing Conditions Assessment, Feasibility and Stakeholder Interviews
• Phase II: Master Planning and Visioning
• Phase III: Professional Analysis and Execution Strategies
